Different situations and contracts for footballers. But we also know that certain things change, family wise etc.

We have 3 months of forced work after our letter of resignation is handed in. In our case it's the bishop, Evangelical Lutheran Chutch of Norway.

In my case, if head is turned etc, i do not force a move. I go for interviews elsewhere and let them know, as we have no agents :)
