?This year it is a fresh start and they have got to see from kick-off how we go from there.... so hopefully, we can start afresh and go from there.
?Last year has gone, we can't look at that - we can perhaps learn from it, but it is not anything you want to dwell on.

Plus he has contradicted Hunter's interview the other day about not changing the coaching side of things to much....
