I've got to know a couple of decent promoters the last 2 years
Get to see 3-4 bands for like £8 and see lots of new stuff.
My mates who go to see Ride religiously won't try seeing bands that are young. The gigs they invite me to are things like Gomez,Sheds, Jane's etc.
That's fine except it's £70+ and im not where near the band.
The thought of seeing Northside is exciting, until I realise I'm not 17 and that scene doesn't exist, and it's over priced nostalgia
Bring on the new, the now
