Knapper's principal argument - you can see it in his own words on TNC podcast - was that he didn't want to have a player that didn't want to be here amongst the group.
Even the owners have said it was Knapper's decision and not driven by money.
The Sargent situation is exactly the same. A move is on the table, the player wants to go.
