The Russians admitting the billion pound Palace is his after all. They've denied it for ages.
Truly impressive that someone whose highest ever paid salary is around $150k a year has managed to acquire that (not to mention other properties, yachts and watches).
I'm not sure how or why the Russian people tolerate it.
