I think it has gone as far as it can and needs to be re-thought out,

but then that was on the agenda at the last meeting I think, so NCFC are clearly aware.

Anyway its not a closed shop, as anyone can apply when there is a vacancy, which there nearly always is each season.

Why don't you go for it if you are not happy with it?
