Just as many instances of not making a difference over making a difference.

Lots of examples of coaches who were successful at one place and completely flop at another.

I NEVER said they don't make a difference as they clearly do but I feel their influence is overrated by virtually everyone.

PC didnt make bad players good players. They were already good players who were clearly unfit and playing badly.
