PC: "Very aggressive team. Very direct. Watford were more about possession and their best players on the ball looking for passes. I expect Sheffield to be about fights, duels, balls into the channels, second balls."

Q: Do you focus on stopping them given they have picked up:

PC: "No. If you only try to focus on the opposition you don't create yourselves. We need good combination play, we need to find the spaces. The good thing for me is we have several players who can play in different positions and systems to keep the opponent guessing."

PC: "Whether it is Sheffield U or Real Madrid you have to prepare the team because we are trying to grow. It is a shame about a player like Harry being suspended but that has to be an oportunity for others to take."

Q: With a view to Jan window and targets do you need to pick up some results before then to convince targets to come:

PC: "All the games are important to get the maximum out of the squad. No difference if now, Jan, March, April, May.
Right now we don't have all the tools to get the most we want out of this squad. But I am positive. Look at how Pelle Mattsson and Oscar Schwartau are growing into the games.
