“Thrown under the bus” is a strange expression, isn’t it?
I know I could Google it, but what’s it based on? Why would you throw someone under a bus? Is the bus moving? If so, are you trying to stop the bus? Or trying to get rid of the person? Isn’t there an easier way? Have I been overthinking this? Should I have more beer?
