Less risky for Clement?

If he can't turn us around he'll point to the mess of a squad and league position he inherited and walk at the end of the season. Also think it's a decent hire by the club, in the short term a manager that can turn it around and hopefully build something beyond this season. Need to avoid the cycle of constantly sacking managers.
