He got Saints up via the playoffs, but he had a squad capable of winning the league. Certainly getting top 2.

Was very lucky not to get sacked after their awful start in that season.

If we gave him the job, we would almost certainly continue the bad run that we are currently on in the short term at least. Maybe he would get us going in the end, but that would probably be from league 1, and he would be fired before he got the chance.
