and I mentioned it looks a bit nuts given the average tenure in the Champs is under 1 year.
FWIW I would think the average tenure dips this time of the year as its sacking season with all those who started poorly being let go (we are a bit late to that party)
Do you count those who leave such as Rob Edwards?
