Re Lambert and Culverhouse
Lambert wasn't around much, liked to delegate. He did the motivational talks. Culverhouse was the talent regarding coaching and getting them to be effective. Lambert's career declined without Culverhouse. Maybe the club should look to get Culverhouse working with a new manager?
