I think its very easy to look as a supporter and say who we would like as the
next manager but its obviously a big and very difficult decision. Look at how many managers Ipswich had between McCarthy and McKenna
Do we need a tactician like Russ now or do we need more of a motivator like Lambert was?
its also worth thinking about the number 2, lambert never seemed the same without Culverhouse. I don't think Eddie Howe would be the same without Tindall. FWIW I can't barely name any of Mannings backroom staff. I think people were saying that JHT was almost given Wilshere and Glenn when he would've been better off with his own men?
Lots to consider including wages especially as most managerial appointments end up in failure.
