End of the Malaise! Long message sorry!

I have deliberately not posted for a few days,took some time reading others views and digesting where we are at!

Hopefully the change will end the Malaise,heres my thoughts for what they are worth.

Manning,had to go,poor fit for our club and Moneyball.I do not see any players who have improved under him,only regressed.Slight improvement on Sat but still poor tactically and just so bloody boring.

Knapper,I am disappointed that he is still here and involved with a new manager recruitment process.The squad lacks creatvity and that is HIS his fault.It has no magician,no Maddison,no Buendia,No Wes,No Eadie,No Hucks,No Pritchard,No Peters,No Vrancic,No Sara,No Disco Dale
Someone who excites and can unlock things....are we seriously saying no one was available on loan form the Prem,some youngster,,some oldie!....Go get James Ward Prowse,Nuno does not rate him.

I do not subscribe to the points about sacking a sporting director hindering the manager appointment,others manage!
Get Gary Oneil two year contract big bonus to keep us up whilst we find the right SD..Neil Adams helps out,before going back to the Academy with the sole function of getting young players
If O neil successful new SD has to work with him!
