So cash flow the only reason we would keep paying him. Attanasio says P&S rules only limiting factor so he would pony up in advance to save a bit.

You'd imagine the offer would be here's a fat (slightly lower) lump of cash you can have now or we can pay you a (slightly higher) amount per month. JHT is smart and would go for former.
