Manning now basically openly undermining/blaming Knapper

Adds an interesting new dynamic to the situation that was perceived previously that Knapper couldn't sack him because it meant admitting culpability. Now Manning is essentially trying to force Knapper out.

Obviously they both need to go. Totally unforgiveable/negligent that Manning has been allowed to waste all these recent winnable games.
