McNally and Stuart Webber in the main got a lot of big decisions right.

Pretty ruthless but we had reasonable success but couldn’t quite establish us as a premiership club.
I thought the fans where to quick to turn on them but they also got a few things wrong towards the end of their time with us.
We need stronger leadership at the top, pointless sacking managers if we are rudderless in the boardroom.
