Anyone here resigned from a job that was going badly?
I've not, personally, but I've known quite a few people who have, and they've always moved on to jobs that have fit them better, or where they've been luckier.
Probably easy to say (when you're not holding out for a payment) , but as a couple of people down the board mentioned, surely it'd make sense for Knapper and Manning to leave on their own terms, than to grind on until the inevitable.
Wasn't thrilled with either appointment, and I'm usually the last person to call for the manager's head, but it's clearly not working, and time for a shake up.
And no, I do think that the players are capable of doing better.
