I would be disappointed if I was McConville.

Coach clearly communicates Darling and Medic as first choice starting the season. Cordoba is on the bench, and McConville occasionally is a sub.

Medic gets dropped for getting skinned on breaks so often. Fair enough. Cordoba promoted. McConville on bench. Cordoba injured and medic returns. Can imagine McConville is disappointed but accepts that Medic wouldn’t have dropped two spots down the depth in one go. But now to have Duffy brought in above both after being told he could find a new club would be telling McConville that he’s not in the immediate plans at all.
