Our American friend is clearly an astute business man and this is all I cling too!
However I don't feel he has grasped the difference in American franchise sport and the English Football model
We don't have the games...the volume of support..The TV coverage..the revenue opportunities
I feel he really does not get the impact the football club has across Norfolk and the tribal like support in football in the UK..its not transient like fans can be America
Sorry ..but the River end alterations are not the big issue to day..I know this will annoy some...I do not really want the away fans at that end..but if they feel its better for revenue then so be it!
The issue without doubt is relegation..the quality of football we are being served up...the inability of the current management set up to change..to improve players..to influence games..th lack of our home grown players breaking into the first team from the youth set up...all fundamentals of the Americans model.All coupled witjh a dysfunctional Exec team
Mr Attanasio is sleep walking to League 1//where revenue will fall...and with this crop of pLayers/management limited chances of getting straight back up!
I can only hope ..sorry he wakes up and smells the coffees before its too late
I am unsure he 'gets the severity of relegation!
