I don’t think sacking Manning / Knapper is the solution

It’s replacing them.

I know, it’s stating the bleeding obvious. We need drastic change, definitely (as my post below). We can call for heads to roll as much as we want, and feel we need to, but there needs to be somewhere to go, some kind of plan, otherwise it’ll only cause more s**t. The drastic change we need has to be successful.

I don’t think I’m exaggerating to say we could be talking Luton or Oldham levels of collapse here. A catastrophe.
