He has either appointed a manager that doesn’t have the ability or motivational skills to get a tune out of a squad suitable for his style of play or he has appointed a manager that has coaching and motivational skills but hasn’t bought players that suit his style. Whichever way you look at it knapper has not brought people into the club that are consistent with the stated plan
