6 of the top 20 didn't even qualify for the World Cup (Greece, Egypt, Cameroon, Turkey, Nigeria, Denmark)
4 of the top 6 are already out (Czech Rep, Holland, Mexico, USA).
6 of the top 20 are already out (as above, plus Sweden and Japan). By the end of the 2nd round that will be 7 - one of Spain and France.
