There was always a high likliehood that one of them would not last the tournament or would not perform. Unlucky the way it happened, but it was more or less inevitable that we'd need at least a fourth striker.
Eriksson's getting away with it big time at the moment, because the opposition (bar Sweden in the second half) have been abysmal.
