Long Thoughts..if anyone interested!

Our club has a long history of playing football the right way,scoring goals and conceding too may
And in its own we have always had an aspect of money ball about us.
Way back with Mr Bond who brought good football..from his West Ham 'The Academy Teachings'gave youngsters a go but sold the jewells..Kevin Reeves and Fash
Through those that followed his style and methods like Brown and Stringer bringing through the likes of Mark Barham...and so it went on!
Even Mr Lambert gave youth a go..Korey Smith played an important role getting us out of league one!
Still we played football..and the 'establishment' knew this!
One thing these managers and system had in common was thinking about NCFC first..not worrying about the opposition and having a go..Farke got it too! so did Walker
Games like the loss to Liverpool at Carrow rd when we lost to the best team at the time in Europe 5-3 and it could have been 7 5 to Norwich...or when we beat Man City under Farke.sums us up!
Even JHT had a style..we scored goals and a direction

When it did not work...Hughton..whose interviews always started with how good the opposition were...never how good we were...or how were going to go about things...Mr Smith and his total inabilty to get a tune from an attractive squad....and now Manning who cannot coach!!..And please no one please say Smith is doing it somewhere else!
However..the current football regime...do not get this..Knapper is so far out of his depth its embarrassing..Manning ..has discernible style of play and I see no ability for him to improve any players...fundamental to the current full on Moneyball approach!
Harsh now...be realistic about how many Youth players in the recent past we have actually fully brought through our academy....Maddison was brought in...Godfrey came from York..Aarons from Luton..probably Mr Cantwell one of the last...Its not doing what it says on the tin ,to support Moneyball...yet we keep spending big on it!..Are we seriously saying that the young lad we brought from Swindon is any worse than Springett..he has played competitive league football this year at least..Springett has not!

Both Knapper and Manning should go today....Adams should take very temp charge whilst they go and get Gary O Neil..sorry I know that will upset some!..He played good football in previous appointments and most experts..if you study the fixtures and style of play he went through thought h was quite hard done by..Buts that the competitive ..commercial world of the Prem these days! He also has a character and appears strong enough to sort some of our characters!!.They are not a bad squad...they need coaching..polishing..directing and buying into a project
The club need a Chief Exec..above ZW ..who reports to America...English Football experienced
Adams should go back to running the academy..clearly where he excelled.
The a new SD...asap...in about four weeks..go and get a character..push the boat out..they are out there!

Far too many people in wrong jobs ...in the real world, other business,Knapper and Manning would be dismissed on performance grounds
Mr American your asset is devaluing and will continue to do in League 1 unless you act quickly
