I actually think of all the signings the last two seasons, apart from Darling possibly the best has been Schwartau. The only one who shows an upward trajectory.

I’m sure a few will say it’s Diallo or Forson for the same reason as it was Jurasek - because they haven’t played lately. Or Makama because he’s bundled a couple in and hasn’t played much either.

Quite simply I think Darling is a good championship quality central defender, Schwartau is a talented youngster who will not be the Danish Messi but a decent championship level attacking midfielder, and the rest are all s**t. All of them.

And yes I include Vlad in that. He’s not George Long s**t though so that’s a positive.
