Sacking LM would be completely pointless.

He certainly isn’t going to be the long term answer, but sacking him now and getting anyone else in now is pointless. A new manager would still have to work with the same average players and might conceivably make rings worse. The answer is to remove Knapper and the top execs. But that would also be pointless at this point in time. This season is dead. Focus must be to avoid relegation and then we can get rid of the lot en masse and start afresh with some hope of improving things.
