We’ve gone through cycles for the last 20 yrs

Occassinally we stumble across a manager who does the business but then don’t support him to push on, replace them with someone worse - rinse and repeat.

I guess the only time it didn’t apply was from Alex Neil to Farke but there was a long gap between those.
