which is why they haven't been released till now and when they say electric nebraska ,i believe its just certain members of the band playing
If anybody is interested the Nebraska being released on Oct 24th is the original album , the tracks he did with the band , a live version of Nebraska recorded in April 25 and a DVD of that performance and finally some outtakes of songs from the Born in the USA album
