How can anybody comprehensively be so sure Wilshere is a good manager

Won a home game against a team which was relegated (and they had a red card after 16 minutes)

And a 0-0 draw against Boro where their fans had completely given up on Carrick after he ditched a well loved coach and replaced him with his brother
