the long throws aren't the problem ....

its a good option , but the manner of delivery is a problem , most long throws are too loppy , they are in the air to long arrive in box with no pace on them , you see it every game with free kicks and corners

they need to be more straight with pace on them like in this video of Rory Delap his are much flatter User Posted Link
