The best way is to post links to some ludicrously offensive pornography.

Preferably something that borders on paedophilic. Ben then bans you, and then you register under another name, post for a bit more and then post another offensive link, and repeat to fade.

The other thing you can do is throw a massive blubby tantrum, say you're never posting again, lurk for a while, then start posting under a different name until everyone figures out who you are.
