his poor start do you not consider that sometimes it does actually take a while for things to click, despite all evidence to pointing to that not looking likely?
The danger with early sackings is surely that you both go through a perpetual process repeating and rinsing (Watford) or that you miss out on a prospective great manager through lack of patience.
