Speaking of talent - Oliver Skipp

I would say generally consider by at least a majority of Norwich fans to be the last truly dependable defensive midfielder we ever had?

The key to securing promotion in a fairly gung ho attacking system? And was only a teenager.

I have just seen him described as the worst player ever seen in a Leicester shirt (yes I know football fans are a little dramatic but still), and that he isn't championship standard by a mile. I have often read negativity about him from Spurs and Leicester fans in recent months.

So what's happened there then? And would you think it was a good move if we could get him, even on loan, in the winter window?

Or do we feel that he reached his ceiling under Farke with a very specific and limited role that doesn't really exist in any system we've had since, and has just nosedived from there?

I remember Neale Fenn being one that fans were mad about trying to sign permanently as the next big thing, then didn't score a goal in 3 loan seasons before ending up in then Div.2 with Peterborough before moving to the Irish League.
