I assume the unsold tickets you refer to are those you see on TV in the corner behind the pillar?

You may not be aware but if you check the club ticket site before a game, they are not even put on sale most of the time.

In truth they are outdated seats which are no longer fit for purpose.

Your concern about the club getting into debt is interesting but not sure where you think the Americans will go with that...it'll be a debt owned by an asset they own.
