The 'replay in full' rule only strictly applies when it is circumstances beyond either clubs control (ie, weather)
Should one side be responsible for the abandoned game, due to player or fan conduct for example, it's not a given, and in these circs the EFL may rule differently. So there's no gaming the system.
Sad to see so called sports 'journalists' online not realising this as they weigh in with their uninformed view.
(Also, maybe there's an argument that Blackburn bear some responsibility anyway given they haven't sorted some proper drainage in their pitch).
