How many was he *that* good in?

He is a competant defender on a good day, no more, and able to deliver a decent cross. Yay.

Got injured because he was played out of position? What a pile of s**t. So that would mean instant injuries to pretty much the entire squad other than Greeno (Whoops, hang on, played at left back in training..."Arrrgh! Me hamstring!").

And perhaps you can explain how it is "mismanagement" to drop someone after a performance that would disgrace a Sunday League player, when his replacement came in and did an outstanding job for the next 3 months? During which time the player got injured, and then sulked about not getting straight back into the team?

No doubt you'll be able to blame all that on Gary Holt.
