Squad quality versus Manager quality

I think we have a squad decent enough to be mid table champs tbh.

Diallo, Sargent, Vlad, Darling, Kvistgarden, Wright, Fisher, Stacey, McLean have all shown enough for me to show that they are good enough.
Jurasek, Topic, Medic, Pelle are all maybes.
There is a glaring hole needing to be filled for a creative midfielder who can pass the ball. Big error here from the club and manager not seeing this.

Manager - sorry, he's crap and will get us relegated. He has one way of playing, and thats it. Zero flexibility. You can see it in his subs policy as well as selection of Crnac on repeat. Good managers change things and adapt with what they have. This dude has a spreadsheet, which currently doesnt add up.

We are better off binning him, but the club is stubborn and hates to admit error. This could be squeaky bum time by February.
