Back four assumes that Mahovo isn't fit, if he is, in at LB and fisher at RB.

I know 4-3-3 wasn't great last season, but I think actually it's the formation that best suits our players. We're not going to play through a low block with the midfielders that we have - need to use pace and be more direct, playing early balls in behind opposition defenders.
