And even if they did (which they didn’t) the numbers still don’t compare.

They’ll be more arrests at certain football matches than there were at yesterday’s event. Also, the police have only given the figure out as a collective. How do you know the arrests were from the UTK march? Unlikely but they could be all from the counter demo for all you know.
