I've put them in the same category as Brighton for a while

Their recruitment has been fantastic for several years now, but like sides such as the Leicester title winning side and the Southampton side of Bale, Lambert, Van Dijk, Wanyama etc... those sides always get picked about by the 'big boys'. Good recruitment can carry you for so long, but it's a lot of pressure to constantly unearth new gems to replace the ones going out the door. Throw into the mix losing an excellent coach and replacing him with a relatively inexperienced one, I can't help but feel that they're candidates...
