Absolutely he will do it the right way.

He has seen all the players before him who have done it the right way but a few have done it the wrong way.

If you look at the players who have done it the wrong way, often their character flaws show up.
Rowe..... had a number of issues
Abu Kamara didn't work at Hull, has ended up being loaned out to get his wages off the books.

Would not be surprised to see it not work out at Ipswich for Nacho where he will have competition for places.
Time will tell.
