He was going somewhere so we would lose him. The best price (and this is a very good price) enables more players to be bought.
He had one good game in three but more like one in five given his proclivity to injury. We need a more resilient and dependable alternative.
I’ve seen the likes of Morris, Putney, Woods, Bertschin etc. play for both clubs. It is nothing new and the rivalry is no more bitter today than it was back then I can assure you.
Some people need to grow up and look at the bigger picture. If you focus on Ipswich then it’s no wonder the you have a small club mentality.
