And he won't care how he gets the money. It's really the ownership that needs to put a stop to it or not. I doubt Norfolk Holdings understand the rivalry like Delia would've and are just relieved they don't have to fund any new signings out of their own pocket.

The model is definitely the same as the previous owners which is a bit disappointing considering the net worth of the new ownership. Quality in the squad has really been eroded the last 2 years.
