He was a bit too naive, I think.

Didn't see what was coming until, well, I don't think he ever saw it coming. Was far too successful, far too quickly, and made a couple of really s**tty descisions.

I think it scared most of my mates enough to sort themselves out. Most of them are like me, way past all that, but with a keen nostalgia for the good times, 'cos before it all went pear shaped, the times were really really good.
