Went to Italy with them a few years back, no problems, but...

... went to Bratislava at the start of the month, it was awful. Over an hour late arriving as not only did it take off late, but we had to stop off in Brno on the way to drop off some parts and engineers for a stranded flight there.

And then on the second take-off they delayed it so they could go through all the safety info, including about what to do in the event of a sea landing - we were only going about 50km, completely over land, so god knows how we'd have crashed in the sea.

And then on the return flight it was over an hour late taking off again. Also they only served one round of beers (outbound too), whacked my mate in the head with the drinks trolley while he slept (admittedly quite funny!) and kept the lights on full brightness the whole journey home (bear in mind it was a late flight, in every sense of the word) and most people wanted to get a kip.

And the plane was just plain dirty, too.

They seem to have gone sharply downhill recently.

Hope your flight is okay though.
