No idea why so many think we had an outlier of a preseason

The anger at the defeat has led to a theory that we should have got more minutes into our senior players during preseason. But most clubs now drip-feed minutes into players rather than going 'full-90'.

An example; Millwall humped Sutton on July 29th but only three of their outfield starters played the full 90 that night, and two of those didn't play any role against us.

Of the side that visited CR on Sat;
Doughty played 62mins vs Sutton

Tanganga DID NOT PLAY
Crama DID NOT PLAY
Mitchell 45
De Norre DID NOT PLAY

Coburn on as sub, played 28
Neghli, on as sub, 45
Ivanovic, DID NOT PLAY

Cundle, DID NOT PLAY
Emakhu, 76
Luongo, 90

I see no evidence here that Millwall beat us because their physical preparation was more intense than ours.
