Can we judge him on the games he played last season?

We saw enough to see that he didn't give the defence confidence, was slight, had poor positioning, reactions, shot stopping and didn't have any command of his area. Perhaps he will come good but he's miles away from the standard we need right now. I will be surprised if we stick with him long enough for him to be anything more than backup here and I don't see him signing for another team at this level or above.
