But my favourite one is that if you had proper interactive AI, a user would be able to prompt it into offering you all sorts of discounts and freebies. You could probably also get it to make lots of politically incorrect statements.

All in all, it'd become a PR disaster when all you want it to do is to cut down on the mumber of stupid questions your service desk has to answer.
